Why can;t you do regular personal updates for me if i only bring one animal in?

We cannot offer personal updates due to the amount of animals we have coming into the rescue. We understand that your snake might be really unique and easy to identify but we do not have the time or people available to sit and give out personal updates as if we did it for one person everyone will expect us to do it for them as well so we just refuse to do it at all.
